30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by submitting a ticket at https://support.pulsar.gg/support/tickets/new. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. While we do not collect any restocking fee as long as the products are unused, you will have to pay for the return shipping fee, and only the price of the product is refunded, not the shipping fees. Any missing item will be deducted from the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund and Replacement Policy for Consumable Items
In case you receive a defective or dead-on-arrival consumable product, you must report it within 10 days of delivery.
The items referred to as consumables include mousepads, mouse feet, Superglide glass feet, and grip tapes.

For any inquiries related to non-consumable items or to file a warranty claim, please reach out to us at pulsar.gg/support.
To make a limited warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number.
You can also register your product at pulsar.gg/register.
Gift cards cannot be refunded after being used or after 90 days of purchase. They can only be refunded by the person who purchased the card with the email used during checkout.
